I help charities and non-profits use data to better serve their communities.
“I spoke to Taylor for 20 minutes and told her all the problems we were having. Two days later she came back with a plan for a solution that I didn’t think was possible. Then a week later it was live. I didn’t know things could happen that quickly. She’s a life-saver!” – Ailsa, Hornsey Food Bank
Focus Areas
Board room reporting and analytics
With >10 years experience in analytics and reporting, I can take any data source and provide your board with the reporting it needs to make decisions.
Database creation and design
If you don’t yet have the data you need, or it is not in the format you need, I can build you a database using free and low-cost tools that won’t require a specialist to manage.
Process Mapping and Optimization
If you have a part of your organisation that you know could be done better, I can help map it out, identify bottlenecks, and suggest technical and non-technical solutions.
Community Surveys and Analytics
Want to know what your community needs from you? I can help you design and distribute a survey that can uncover the insights you need to better serve them.
Lightweight app development
I can help you create lightweight apps for your volunteers or your community. You won’t need to hire a software engineer to maintain it – I’ll make sure it’ll work with the team you have today.
Content and copy creation
As a blogger copy writer, I can help you create articles, website copy, or technical writing for you, your volunteers and your community, regardless of the domain.

Case Study: 30% reduction in on-hand inventory
To improve the accuracy of weekly stocktake, I created a new mobile app, database, and storage system. With historical data, we’ve been able to reduce on-hand inventory by 30% without impacting stock-outs.
My approach
1. Partners not clients
I really try to care about your organisation and the impact you have on your community, and align my work accordingly.
2. Simple always wins
It’s easy to get caught up in the exciting, yet solutions. I will work hard to make sure you find a simple solution that solves your problems that you won’t spend months implementing.
3. Listen first
In the early stages of a project, unknowns are a bigger issue than known problems. Listening to everyone involved is the best way to make sure I don’t waste your time solving the wrong problems, and that I don’t miss the best ideas.
4. Meet you where you are
I won’t suggest any solutions or technology you don’t have the capacity or skills to maintain. I’ll build something that works for you today and after I leave.
About Me
I spent the first half of my career building my technical foundations in Industrial Engineering (Process Improvement) and Data Science and Analytics. The last 7 years were at a high-growth start-up where I developed an understanding of how to make those technical skills useful.

I’ve always been motivated by making things better – whether that’s improving how we capture data, or how quickly a food bank can serve its guests. Doing that requires me to listen intently to everyone involved (not just the managers), deeply understand the systems at play, and use my technical background to find solutions that will last.
I’m based in North London and love any opportunities to help charities and non-profits serve their communities better.
